Returns & Warranty


We've got you covered!

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer service team to discuss your concerns as soon as possible.


To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return within ten business days of receiving the goods. All returns must be in their original, undamaged packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that returns are packaged securely to ensure items are not damaged in transit and are received by Bridle Buddy in as-new condition.

If you are required to return an item, we will provide you with shipping instructions. Returns initiated by the customer are subject to a 10% restocking fee, with the exception of defective products or incorrect fulfillment by Bridle Buddy.

Once we receive your returned item, our customer service team will inspect the item/s and work with you to rectify the issue. If a refund is applicable, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that credit cards cannot be refunded after 30 days of the original transaction. Bridle Buddy reserves the right not to accept 'change of mind' returns, and restocking fees may apply. Change of mind returns are not accepted for orders shipped to a location outside of the United States.


All products sold on the Bridle Buddy website include a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe your product is defective, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the defect. Proof of purchase may be required. To assist us in promptly processing your request, please include proof of purchase and photos of any concerns regarding your item. If applicable, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for replacement or repair.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.
